When you bike in the Dolomites, you are part of a unique and spectacular territory, dramatically balanced with 3000-meter peaks, deep, winding river valleys, and rocky cliffs that emerge from dense woods like sharp fangs and turn pink at sunrise and sunset.
It isn’t easy to believe that 250 million years ago this landscape was an underwater coral reef. At the same time, now it is a perfect ecosystem, almost as if it were designed especially for cyclists, admirers of climbs.
You will find yourself pedaling immersed in silence along with these climbs, looking at terrific landscapes.
You’ll ride and suffer along with the most iconic climbs and most beautiful cycling destinations in the world! This is an Epic trip you will be proud to tell your friends about.
The aim of the trip is to ride stunning routes, meet new friends, enjoy delicious food, relax, and create lifetime memories.

Our six-night fully supported cycling trip is based in the mountain region of Alta Badia, in the South Tyrolean Dolomites, an area considered the very heart of the Dolomites.
DAY1: welcome and warm-up. 22km - 580m el gain
Private, collective transfer for the group from Venice Airport to our hotel in Badia. Once at the hotel we’ll have a short warm up ride.
Welcome briefing and introduction to the trip before dinner all together
DAY2: breathe… pump blood into your muscles: Erbe and Gardena Passes. 107km - 3181m el gain
The first ride is already one of the most memorable ones we will have on this trip! We’ll ride a loop with a mix of gentle and solid climbs that includes Gardena and Erbe Passes, a good taste of the beautiful views of the Dolomites. Dinner all together is included at the hotel this evening.
DAY3: breathe… energy for your brain. 77km - 1815m el gain
Today's loop ride includes the 12km climb to the Furkelpass (Passo della Furcia 1789 m ASL) that marks the historical linguistic border between the German and the Ladin-speaking areas in the Dolomites. The Furkelpass has been included often into the Giro d'Italia and has always been considered a highlight of the event. It was used as one of the locations in the James Bond film Goldfinger. One curve on the east side of the pass is even named "James Bond Strasse".

DAY4: Giau Pass, The peaks slide in and out of the clouds. 86km - 2732m el gain
The Giro d'Italia has included the ascent to the Giau Pass only since 1973 when much of the route was still on gravel. The view over the Sella Group and the Marmolada that we'll enjoy during this climb is spectacular, perhaps capable of not making us feel its slope. Dinner all together is included at the hotel this evening.
DAY5: Fedaia-Marmolada Pass, dig deep inside yourself. 101km - 2890m el gain
You need physical and mental energy to face the Fedaia Pass.
A solid climb almost 16km long at 7.5% average gradient and a maximum of 18%. It has been included into the Giro d'Italia for the first time in 1970 and at the end of Stage 20 of Giro d’Italia 2022 edition.
Dinner is on your own this evening.
DAY6: Sella Ronda, the four passes. 67km - 2078m el gain
Today we’ll bike in a clockwise direction around the Sella Group. This place can be considered a connection point since it lies between the four Ladin Valleys of Badia, Gherdëina, Fascia, and Fodom and it is divided between the provinces of South Tyrol, Trentino and Belluno.
Farewell dinner all together is included this evening.
DAY7: Breakfast and end of services!
After breakfast, we’ll have a collective and coordinated transfer back to Venice airport.

This trip, as well as all the RYL trips, is from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 participants. We believe that small groups give more opportunities for socializing and for creating stronger connections.
The spirit of the trips in RIDE YOUR LIFE is to enjoy the rides at your own speed and give you a chance to test your legs at your own pace. None of our bike rides is a race; we know, however, that some riders will be faster than others, and that each one likes to keep his/her own pace along the uphill rides, therefore our way is to enjoy the ride and wait for the last riders at the summits to reconnect the group. Experience is all together!
In terms of difficulty: the trip includes uphill and some long rides, so we would suggest the trip is for intermediate or above level riders.
For every ride, you’ll find the service of the van support to let you have the comfort of snacks, water, and energy drinks along with the rides. The vehicle follows us in case any of the group needs to or prefers to skip any section of the ride.
